After searching around for a suitable Leg curl & extension machine for my home gym I ended up going for the XS Sports model. I have to say that i'm impressed with the build quality and robustness of this leg machine which is smooth to use and great value. Highly recommend.

Great addition to my home gym, delivered quickly. Easy to assemble, instructions are OK. I have greased all the moving parts. Only used once so far, comfortable and straightforward to use.

Very good project with only one or two flaws

The product is excellent, it is easy to assemble and very good in a garage gym. My only honest criticism is the padding not being large enough. Although the padding is good I feel that if it were a little larger and puffier it would add better protection to the legs. Apart from that, the product is amazing, not too large, the adapter for Olympic plates is great and it is an all-round great product.

Perfect for home. Compact machine. Easy to put together. It works as it should. Great customer service. I had a problem with the large foam roller, and XS sports replaced it the next day. I would recommend it.

I wanted a leg curl/extension machine to add to my home gym without breaking the bank. I’m always sceptical of machines that use weight plates instead of cables but I thought for the price I’d give it a go. Once it arrived it took around an hour to build on my own although the leg pad that was in the box was incorrect but after contacting support they sent the correct one which arrived the day after. I’ve used the machine a couple of times now and I’m very impressed with how smooth both the movements are. Obviously a cable machine is better but for the price of this piece of kit I’m very happy.
